Day 3: Saturday

9:20am: Good morning! For wildly unknown reasons, I had another night of horrible sleep. I woke up at 4am with sore traps and couldn't fall back asleep. 
At 6:15am I had a Quest bar. I'm planning on going to get breakfast with Courtney soon and it's going to be a big meal so I decided to eat on the lighter side.

2:40pm: At around 10:30pm I ate breakfast in Gloucester with Courtney. What I ordered came with 3 eggs, 4 slices of bacon, 2 sausages, linguica, homefries, an english muffin, an apple cinnamon pancake, and french toast. I didn't finish everything. I took a before and after picture to show how badly I destroyed breakfast today.




At 2:15pm I had my postworkout shake.

9:50pm: At 5:30pm I had dinner at a Cuban restaurant with Courtney. I had grilled chicken breast with rice, beans, and ripe plantains.


Today I have two videos that I made. One is just my day and the other is further explaining why I'm doing what I'm doing.

Day 2: Friday

8:10am: Good morning! Right now I'm having some oatmeal for breakfast. I also added some raisins, almonds, whey, and a little bit of brown sugar to it.
The macros for it are:
578 calories
12.5g fat
72g carbs
45g protein


1:15pm: Right now I'm having a leftover turkey sandwich made with 2 slices of rye bread, 7oz of turkey breast, 2tsp of mayo, and 100g of stuffing.



WOW that was awesome!

6:10pm: At 6pm I had another leftover turkey sandwich, basically the same as the last one I had but only 5.25oz of turkey breast, 1 tsp of mayo, and a tiny bit of cranberry sauce. I thought I was going to have something else but I had some leftovers to kill.


8:15pm: I'm going out with Courtney and some friends soon so I decided to fit some food in before I went out. At 8:05pm I had 2 eggs, 2 servings of egg whites, a piece of whole wheat toast, and a tbsp of almond butter mixed with a half scoop of whey.


11:55pm: Having a quest bar before bed.

Day 1: Fatsgiving Thursday

8:30am: Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving! Today is day 1 of my bulk adventure. Over the next few months, I'll be trying to eat at a surplus to put on some muscle and unfortunately some fat that I'll be taking off later on.
I normally train fasted on Thursdays but I got some crappy sleep last night.
Right now I'm having a quest bar. 

12:20pm: At 9:55am I had my preworkout shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Squats:

210x4x2 +2.5lbs from 11/21

Leg press:
450x6x2 +20lbs from 11/21

Single legged calf raise on leg press:
280x10
285x10 +15lbs from 11/21

Seated calf raise:
160x8 +20lbs from 11/21
140x6 

Glut ham raise:
No weight
x8 x8 no increase

I also took some progress photos, since I'm starting my bulk today I wanted a reference to see how I look when I started. 

  
6:50pm: Man I ate so much today. At around 2pm I had some turkey, stuffing, yams, ect ect.


At around 3:45pm I had some pie, there was way more than what's pictured.




I had a feeling today wasn't going to be very controlled in terms of food!
