Day 3: Saturday

9:20am: Good morning! For wildly unknown reasons, I had another night of horrible sleep. I woke up at 4am with sore traps and couldn't fall back asleep. 
At 6:15am I had a Quest bar. I'm planning on going to get breakfast with Courtney soon and it's going to be a big meal so I decided to eat on the lighter side.

2:40pm: At around 10:30pm I ate breakfast in Gloucester with Courtney. What I ordered came with 3 eggs, 4 slices of bacon, 2 sausages, linguica, homefries, an english muffin, an apple cinnamon pancake, and french toast. I didn't finish everything. I took a before and after picture to show how badly I destroyed breakfast today.




At 2:15pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Overhead press:
100x6 no increase

Lateral raise:
50x6
55x6

Barbell shrug:
215x8
215x6

Palm-up wrist curl:
52.5x6
55x6 +2.5lbs from 11/23

Knee to elbows:
x10 x5 

9:50pm: At 5:30pm I had dinner at a Cuban restaurant with Courtney. I had grilled chicken breast with rice, beans, and ripe plantains.


Today I have two videos that I made. One is just my day and the other is further explaining why I'm doing what I'm doing.
