At 12:30pm I had a 1/2lb burger with bacon and egg on a sliced glazed donut. It was AMAZING. Needless to say, it wasn't beneficial to my weight loss.


At 7:30pm I had some steak, pork, and egg, and pupusas.

I also had random chocolate throughout the day.

At 12:30pm I had chicken etoufee from the border with Courtney and her parents.

At 3pm I had a quest bar.

At 5:30pm I went for fondue with Courtney in Boston.

At around 1:20pm I had a pomegranate blueberry smoothie (sucked) and a molasses cookie.

At 7pm I had churrasco, which is beef, peppers, onions, sausage, and tomato with some rice, beans, and fries.


At 8:45pm I had some oatmeal.

Day 45: Sunday

9:55am: Good morning. At 9:50am I had a bowl of macaroni and cheese with beef.


Today is the last day of my bulk, which means tomorrow I start cutting. I'll still be posting here.

11:30pm: At around 12pm I had some shredded beef, sausage, ribs, rice, cornbread, and cucumber salad.


At around 6pm I had a chicken finger sub.

Day 44: Saturday

8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a bowl of macaroni and cheese with beef for breakfast.


9pm: At 11:15am I had my preworkout shake.
At 12:30pm I had my postworkout shake.

Lateral raise:

Barbell shrug:

Palm-up wrist curl:

At 1:45pm I had a 1/2lb cheeseburger with 2 slices of bacon, cheese, and a fried egg.


At 5:40pm I had a bowl of mac and cheese with beef.



At 8:55pm I had some rice, beans, chicken, and this weird cheese chicken thing.

Day 43: Friday

8:10am: Good morning. Right now for breakfast I'm having a bowl of mac and cheese with beef.


5pm: At 11:30pm I had a bowl of mac and cheese with beef.

At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

Today I decided to dial back a little on my leg workout since I hurt my leg yesterday

10:25pm: At 7:45pm I had dinner with Courtney. We got some calamari as an appetizer, then I had an 8oz prime rib with lobster mac and cheese with mashed potatoes, I'm feeling pretty stuffed.
