9pm: Today wasn't a great day, I slept horribly last night which really threw me off today. I would eat and just not be satisfied, so I definitely overate at times.
At 8am I had a lean body.
At 11am I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.
At around 1:20pm I had a pomegranate blueberry smoothie (sucked) and a molasses cookie.
At 4pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.
At 7pm I had churrasco, which is beef, peppers, onions, sausage, and tomato with some rice, beans, and fries.
At 8:45pm I had some oatmeal.
