8:05am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a lean body for breakfast.
10:15pm: At 11am I had 5oz of ground beef with 85g of broccoli.
At 2pm I had a bowl of oatmeal with a whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.
