Day 46: Monday

8:05am: Good morning. Today is the first day of my cut. I'm having a lean body shake for breakfast.

11:25am: Right now I'm having 5oz of ground beef with 2 cups of green beans for lunch.


5pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Lat pulldown:
Straight bar
230x5
230x6 no increase

V bar
215x6
220x6 +5lbs from 1/6

Deadlift:
345x3 no increase

Barbell curl:
115x6
125x2 no increase

One armed row:
95x6x2 +5lbs from 1/6 

7pm: Right now I'm eating 5oz of ground beef over 2 cups of green beans.

 
9:25pm: Right now I'm having a lean body shake.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand here are my photos from the day I started my bulk until today. I gained a total of 25lbs, what up shut up.
