3:50pm: At 9:40am I had my preworkout shake.
During my warmups for my squats I felt some pain in my lower calf when I would ascend so I decided to postpone leg day until tomorrow. I was sad.
At 11:30am I had a burrito bowl from Chipotle with brown rice, two servings of chicken, peppers, onions, mild, and medium salsa.
Right now I'm eating another burrito bowl with brown rice, 2x chicken, peppers, onions, mild, and medium salsa.
11:10pm: At around 8pm I had a cheeseburger from Shake Shack with a lobster tail ice cream.
