Day 43: Friday

8:10am: Good morning. Right now for breakfast I'm having a bowl of mac and cheese with beef.


5pm: At 11:30pm I had a bowl of mac and cheese with beef.

At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

Today I decided to dial back a little on my leg workout since I hurt my leg yesterday

Weights:

Squats:
225x3
225x1 no increase

Leg press:
450x6
460x6 no increase

Single legged calf raise on leg press:
340x10 no increase

10:25pm: At 7:45pm I had dinner with Courtney. We got some calamari as an appetizer, then I had an 8oz prime rib with lobster mac and cheese with mashed potatoes, I'm feeling pretty stuffed.
