4:45pm: At 9:55am I had my preworkout shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout shake.

Single legged calf raise on leg press:
340x10x2 +10lbs from 12/26/13
Glut ham raise:
5lb dumbbell
x6 x6 +12 overall from 12/26/13
At 2pm I had a 1/2lb burger with bacon, pineapple, cheese, and hot peppers followed by a peanut butter and banana milk shake.
10:15pm: At 6pm I had some ham, potatoes, and pasta salad.
Right now I'm having some ham and pasta salad.
At 11am I had my postworkout shake.
