Day 55: Wednesday

8:50pm: At 8am I had a lean body.

At 11:05am I had 5oz of ground beef with 3oz of broccoli.



At 2:20pm I had a cup of oatmeal with a scoop of whey.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Bench:
165x5
170x5 no increase

Incline bench:
150x4x2 no increase

Dips:
x4 x2 no increase

I had to cut my sets short because I was feeling a little tweak on my left shoulder.

At 8:15pm I had 6oz of ground beef with some okra.

  
9pm: Right now I'm having an apple.
