Day 50: Friday

7:35am: Good morning. For breakfast I'm having a lean body shake.

2:50pm: At 10:30am I had 5oz of chicken breast with 85g of cauliflower.


Right now I'm eating 5oz of chicken breast with 85g of cauliflower.


6:55pm: At 5:30pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 85g of cauliflower.
