Day 60: Monday
6:10pm:
At 8am I had a lean body.
At 11am I had 6oz of chicken with 120g of green beans.
At 2pm I had 6oz of chicken with 120g of green beans.
At 5:30pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 85g of broccoli.
9pm:
At 8:15pm I had a lean body.
