Day 58: Saturday

11:30am: At 8am I had a lean body.

Right now I'm having 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans. 

9:30pm: At 2pm I had a bowl of oatmeal with a whey shake.
At 3:30pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Overhead press:
90x4
90x6 no increase

Lateral raise:
95x6x2 no increase

Barbell shrug:
250x8
255x8 +5lbs from 1/18

Palm-up wrist curl:
35x6x2 no increase

At 7pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.


Right now I'm having a lean body.
