1:55pm: At 10:55am I had 5oz of ground beef with a cup of green beans.
Right now I'm having 5oz of ground beef with a cup of green beans.
5:20pm: Right now I'm having 5oz of ground beef, 1 cup of green beans, and a 1/2 cup of white rice.
8:35pm: Right now I'm having a lean body shake.
