8:05am: Good morning. At 8am I had a Lean Body with a scoop of whey.
1pm Sunday: At 11:30am I had my preworkout shake.
At 12:45pm I had my postworkout shake.
Weights:
Overhead press:

100x3 +10lbs from 12/28/13
Lateral raise:
75x6 no increase
75x1 (tweaked my shoulder on the 2nd rep)
Barbell shrug:
240x10x2 no increase
Palm-up wrist curl:
40x6x2 no increase
Knee to elbows:
x15 x15 +2 overall from 12/28/13
At 2pm I had a 1/2lb burger with bacon, cheese, and an egg with a vanilla milkshake.
At 7pm I had a buffalo chicken blue cheese calzone.
