Day 38: Sunday
5:05pm:
At 7pm I had a lean body shake with a scoop of whey.
At 10:15am I had a quest bar.
At 2pm I had a turkey sandwich with some coleslaw on it and french fries.
7pm:
At 6:45pm I had some lentil soup, chicken, rice, and beans.
