Day 61: Tuesday
8:05am: Good morning. I'm having a lean body for breakfast.
9pm: At 11am I had 5oz of ground beef with 85g of broccoli.
At 2:20pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 85g of broccoli.
At 5:15pm I had 5oz of ground beef with some broccoli and snap peas.
At 8:30pm I had a lean body.
