7:20am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a lean body for breakfast.
Today I weighed in at 209lbs, thats 8lbs down from last week.
10:30am: Right now I'm having 5oz of chicken breast with 85g of cauliflower.
5:30pm: At 2:35pm I had some oatmeal with a scoop of whey.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

x4 no increase (switched back for my last set)
