Day 65: Saturday

7:20am Sunday: Yesterday was just a mess. I didn't eat well at all but I did do shoulders at the gym.

Weights:

Overhead press:
90x6x2 no increase

Lateral raise:
62.5x6
70x6 no increase

Barbell shrug:
255x8
260x8

Palm-up wrist curl:
35x6x2 no increase

Knee to elbows:
x15 x12 +27 from 1/25
