Day 82: Tuesday

9:35pm: At 8am I had a lean body shake.

At 11am I had 5oz of ground beef with 3oz of broccoli.

At 2pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 3oz of broccoli.

At 5pm I had 2oz of ground beef, 3oz of chicken breast, and 3oz of broccoli.

At 8pm I had a lean body.
