Day 70: Thursday

10:20am: Good morning. At 8am I had a bowl of oatmeal and a whey shake.
At 10am I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Squats:
210x6
215x5 +10lbs from 1/30

Leg press:
470x6x2 +20lbs from 1/30

Single legged toe raise on leg press:
310x10
315x10 +10lbs from 1/30

Glut ham raise:
x8 x10 +2 overall from 1/30

7pm: At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 6pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

9:05pm: Right now I'm having a lean body.
