Day 91: Thursday

9:10pm: At 8am I had a bowl of oatmeal with whey.
At 10am I had my post workout shake.

Weights:

Squats:
225x5
225x4 no increase

Quarter squat:
245x6x2

Single legged toe raise on leg press:
325x10
330x10 +10lbs from 2/13

Glut ham raise:
x8 x10

At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 6pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 9pm I had I had a lean body.
