Day 72: Saturday

8:30pm: At 8am I had 5oz of chicken breast with 50g of snow peas.

At 11am I had oatmeal and whey.
At 12pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Overhead press:
90x6
92.5x6 +2.5lbs from 2/2

Lateral raise:
70x6
72.5x6 +2.5lbs from 2/2

Barbell shrug:
265x8 +5lbs from 1/1

Behind the back wrist curl:
65x10
70x10

At 3:30pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 50g of snow peas.

At 7:30pm I had steak, an egg, pork, plantain, and a pupusa.
