Day 80: Sunday

9:25pm: At 8am I had 6oz of chicken breast.

At 11am I had 5oz of chicken breast.

At 2pm I had a bowl of oatmeal and whey.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Pull-ups:
Thick gray band

Thick orange band
x4 no increase

Chin-ups:
x3 x3 no increase

Deadlift:
325x5

325x4 no increase
 
Barbell curl:
135x6

135x5 +5lbs from 2/9

At 7pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 3oz of broccoli.

At 9:30pm I'll have a lean body.
