Day 83: Wednesday

10:40pm: At 8am I had a lean body.

At 11am I had 5oz of chicken with 81g of green beans.

At 2pm I had a bowl of oatmeal with whey.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

At 9:30pm I had a lean body.
