Day 90: Wednesday

4:40pm: At 8am I had a lean body.

At 11am I had 5oz of chicken breast with 3oz of broccoli.


At 2pm I had a bowl of oatmeal with whey.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

Bench:

175x4x2 no increase

Incline bench:
150x5
150x2
150x3 no increase

Dips:
x6 x5 x2 no increase

9pm: At 7:30pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

Right now I'm having a lean body.
