Day 69: Wednesday

7:15pm: At 8am I had a lean body.

At 11am I had 5oz of ground beef with 85g of broccoli.

At 2pm I had a bowl of oatmeal with a whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Bench:
172.5x4x3 no increase

Incline bench:
150x4x2
150x3 no increase

Dips:
x4 x6 x4 +2 overall from 1/29

Right now I'm having 5oz of chicken breast with 125g of green beans. 

9:05pm: Right now I'm having a lean body.
