Day 66: Sunday

4:45pm: At 8am I had 6oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 11am I had 6oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 2pm I had a bowl of oatmeal with a whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Pull-ups:
x2 x1 no increase

Chin-ups:
x3 x4 +2 overall from 1/26

Deadlift:
320x4
320x6 +5lbs from 1/26

Barbell curl:
125x6
130x4 +10lbs from 1/26

One armed row:
105x6
105x4 +5lbs from 1/26 

9:30pm: At 7pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 85g of broccoli.

  
Right now I'm having 1/2 of a lean body.
