Day 73: Sunday

9:45pm: At 8am I had 6oz of chicken breast with 50g of green beans.

At 11am I had 6oz of chicken breast with 50g of green beans.

At 2pm I had a bowl of oatmeal with a whey shake.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake. 

Weights:

Pull-ups:
Thick gray band

x5 x5 no increase

Chin-ups:
x4 x3 no increase

Deadlift:
325x4 +5lbs from 1/26

Barbell curl:
130x6x2 no increase

One armed row:
105x6 no increase


At 7pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 85g of broccoli.

At 9:30pm I had a lean body shake.
