At 10am I had my postworkout shake.
I felt like I had a slight pull near my groin so I went easy today at the unit.

Leg press: (Started to feel pulling on the 2nd rep)

Single legged toe raise on leg press:

320x10 +5lbs from 2/6
At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.
At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.
At 5:20pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.
