Day 92: Friday

9:40pm Saturday: At 8am I had a bowl of oatmeal with whey.
At 10am I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Lateral raise:
70x6x2 no increase

Dumbbell shrug:
275x8
280x8 +5lbs from 2/24

Barbell wrist curl:
95x10
100x100

Windshield wipers:
x4 x6

At 12pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 3pm I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 6pm I had food from the dining hall at Courtney's school.
