Day 108: Sunday

7:20pm: At 8am I had a lean body.

At 11am I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 2pm I had oatmeal and whey.
At 4pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Pull-ups:
Thick orange band
x6 x4

Chin-ups:
x2 x2

Deadlift:
335x4
335x5 no increase

Barbell curl:
140x6x2 no increase

Barbell wrist curl:
110x10x2 no increase

At 7pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 81g of green beans.
