Day 97: Wednesday

10:35am Thursday: At 9am I had a bowl of oatmeal with whey.
At 11am I had my postworkout shake.

Incline bench:

Skullcrushers (Subbing for dips)

50x10 no increase

At 2pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 3oz of broccoli.

At 5pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 3oz of broccoli.

At 8:30pm I had a lean body.

At 11pm I had a quest bar.
