Day 101: Sunday

9:30pm: At 8am I had 6oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 11am I had 5oz of chicken breast with 81g of green beans.

At 2pm I had a bowl of oatmeal with whey.
At 4pm I had my postworkout.

Deadlift:
335x4
335x3 +5lbs from 3/2

Barbell curl:
137.5x6 
140x5 +2.5lbs from 3/2

Forearm curl:
107.5x10
110x10 +5lbs from 3/7

At 7pm I had 5oz of ground beef with 81g of green beans.


At 9:20pm I had a lean body.
