8:30am: Good morning. I'm feeling kind of crappy, I was having coughing fits all night. Right now I'm eating some oatmeal.
12pm: Right now I'm having some chicken sweet potato curry.
4:45pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4:10pm I had my postworkout shake.
At 4:40pm I had 27g of Count Chocula with a scoop of whey. :P
Today I did my first body weighted pull up! I'm really excited that I could actually do them, it used to be a struggle for me to do them with a resistance band!
