Day 26: Tuesday

11:45pm Wednesday: Hey, so I completely forgot to update this yesterday.

At 9:55am I had my preworkout shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Bench:
180x3
185x2x2 +10lbs from 12/18

Incline bench:
150x4
155x4
155x3 +5lbs from 12/18

Dips: 
x6 x6 x3 +10 overall from 12/18

At 1pm I had a bowl of turkey chili.

At 4:45pm I had a scoop of whey before I went to a Christmas party.

At around 7pm I had dinner.
