Day 12: Monday

8:20am: Good morning. At 8:15am I had 2 eggs, 2 whole wheat bagels, and 8oz of greek yogurt with a tbsp of fruit spread.


12:30pm: Right now I'm eating a bowl of whole wheat penne with turkey bolognese.


7:35pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4:05pm I had my postworkout shake.
At 4:35pm I had count chocula with a scoop of whey.

Weights:

Pull-ups:
x1 x2 no increase

Chin-ups:
x4 x3 +1 overall from 12/2

Deadlift:
320x4
320x3 +5lbs from 12/2

Barbell curl:
125x6
135x6x2 +10lbs from 12/2

Right now I'm having a bowl of penne with turkey bolognese.

  
9:35pm: At 9:30pm I had one of my oat bars.
