Day 20: Wednesday

8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm eating some banana almond oatmeal.


1pm: Right now I'm having a bowl of turkey chili.


4:40pm: At 2:55pm I had my preworkout shake.
At 4:05pm I had my post workout shake.
At 4:35pm I had a quest bar.

Weights:

Bench:

175x3 +2.5lbs from 12/11

Incline bench:
150x2
145x4
145x3 no increase

Dips:
x5 no increase

10:45: At around 7:45pm I had dinner. Tonight Courtney and I went out to a Peruvian restaurant. I got chicken with shrimp, green beans, and spinach mashed potatoes.


Right now I'm having a quest bar.
