12:15pm: At 9:55am I had my preworkout shake.
At 11am I had my postworkout shake.
At 11:30am I had a quest bar because I was out and didn't have my food with me.
Weights:
Squats:
215x4
225x4 +10lbs from 12/5
Dumbbell lunges:
120x2
100x4 no increase
Single legged calf raise on leg press:
310x10x2 +10lbs from 12/5
Glut ham raise:
No weight
x6 x8 no increase
So today I managed to get 2 plates on my squat which is a pretty sweet milestone for me.
7:55pm: At 2:45pm I had a bowl of chili.
Tonight I decided to order out so at 7:45pm I had a burrito.
