8:20am: Good morning. Right now I'm having 4oz of greek yogurt, a scoop of whey with water, two slices of whole wheat toast, a tbsp of peanut butter, and a tbsp of fruit spread.
2pm: At 11:40am I had a bowl of beef, black beans, and brown rice.
At 1:55pm I had 2 scoops of whey. I'm planning on baking some cookies with Courtney so I know I won't be able to get much protein from those.
9:50pm: At around 7pm I had a bowl of chicken katsu which was rice, onion, chicken, and an egg.
Since around 9pm I've randomly been eating cookies that Courtney and I made.
