Day 6: Tuesday

8:10am: Good morning. Right now I'm having some oatmeal with whey for breakfast.



1pm: At 12:20pm I had lunch. I made some chicken chili which came out pretty good.

504 cal
15g fat
54g carbs
14g fiber
55g protein


3:10pm: At 3:05pm I had a cup of oatmeal and a cup of milk with 1 and 1/4 scoops of whey.


6:15pm: Right now I'm having a bowl of chicken chili.



9:15pm: Right now I'm eating another one of my oat bars.
