8:15am: Good morning. Right now I'm having a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal with 1 and a 1/4 scoop of whey.
12pm: At 11:40am I had a bowl of beef chili.
3pm: At 2:05pm I had a bowl of beef chili.
10:05pm: At 6pm I had my post workout shake.

Incline bench:
145x5
150x4x2 +no increase
Dips:
x6 x6 x6 +8 overall from 12/4
At around 6:30pm I had a donut from Kane's and then at around 7:15pm I had some pizza.
Right now I'm having a quest bar.
