Day 10: Saturday

9:20am: Good morning. At 9:05am I had 2 eggs, 2 whole wheat mini bagels, and 8oz of greek yogurt with a tbsp of fruit spread.


10:15pm: At 12pm I had my postworkout shake.

Weights:

Overhead press:
90x6
100x5 no increase

Lateral raise:
52.5x6
60x6 +5lbs from 11/30

Barbell shrug:
215x8x2 no increase

Palm-up wrist curl:
55x6
60x6 +5lbs from 11/30

Knee to elbows:
x11 x10 +6 overall from 11/30

At 2pm I hit up a burger joint with Shawn and grabbed a 1/2lb burger with bacon and an egg then a 1/4lb burger with bacon and an egg. :P



After that a had a chocolate milkshake.



At around 7:30pm I had a brisket reuben.


Right now I'm having an almond butter and banana sandwich.
